Chicken Cupcake Recipe For Kids This Ramzan
Since Ramadan is the month of feasting and fasting, it is the best time of the year to try this special recipe. Cupcakes are some of the most loved dishes for people of any age.
Children love to bite into a sweet cupcake laced with sugar and chocolate and adults often indulge in stuffed or cakes with fillings. But this cupcake is slightly different from the sweet ones.
To celebrate the month of Ramadan 2015 try out this spicy chicken cupcake recipe. This treat is easy to prepare but the only disadvantage to it is that it is time consuming.
If you have plenty of time on your hands this afternoon, why not try this yummy delight? Pamper your loved ones with this chicken recipe as side dish or a starter. Here is the chicken cupcake recipe, take a look.

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 18 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
You Will Need
- Bread - 12 slices
- Butter - 4 tbsp
- Garlic - ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper - ½ tsp
- Chicken - 1 cup (boiled and shredded)
- Cabbage - ½ cup (shredded)
- Fresh coriander - ½ Cup (chopped)
- Green chilies - 2 tbsp ( finely chopped)
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese/ pizza cheese - 1 cup (grated)
Procedure
- Remove the crust of the bread slices using a pizza slicer.
- Add butter, garlic, salt and black pepper in a pan. Allow the ingredients to cook over a low flame. When done, keep aside.
- Now brush the cupcake tray using the butter mixture.
- Now place the bread slices in cupcake tray as a base.
- In another pan, heat the shredded chicken, green chilies, salt, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, cabbage and chopped coriander. Stir fry the ingredients for two minutes over a low flame.
- Now fill the cupcake bases with the chicken mixture.
- When done, top the cupcake with the pizza cheese.
- Set it well in the oven and bake the chicken cupcakes at 180°C.
