Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty looked ravishing at the Diwali bash. The brown eyed beauty was seen in an unusual attire, which was colourful and bright. Being the host of the Diwali bash, she sure stunned a lot of the guests who attended the function.

Wearing a colour block kurta, Shilpa Shetty wasn't her best dressed. Style is something that comes naturally to Mrs Kundra, but this look was however shocking. Though the colours are assertive and palatable, Shilpa could have done much better.

Diwali is the time for festivity and striking colours. Last year, Shilpa Shetty wore an extravagant attire on the sets of Nach Baliye season 6. Her gown grabbed a lot of attention and she was sparkling in the crowd. This year, her Diwali style looked a little out of place. The colour is a shocking orange. The touch of gold on her was also not up to the mark. Dull golden silk palazzo pants to match the gold embroidery on the orange bodice was seen.

The only reason why this Diwali attire looked drab on Shilpa is because of the skirt. Flared from the waist and in an A-line pattern to the knees, this kurta was a mismatch. She completed this disastrous style with two beaded necklaces of red and pearl. Her wrists were heavy with gold bangles and her ears had pearl dangling earrings.

Shilpa Shetty kept her look as simple as possible. Leaving her hair loose over her shoulders, she looked fine otherwise. Loud makeup and sequin gold jhootis finished her Diwali style. We will get to see more of the actress at various Diwali celebrations this year and hope it's a look we love and not loathe.
