Deepika Wows In Two Sarees
Deepika Padukone has been a sensation during the Grand Slam Tour that was a promotional drive for her new movie 'Happy New Year'. Overseas, she was dressed in trousers and dresses, but back home, she has decided to go traditional. Deepika Padukone was spotted in two sarees during the promotions of the film in India.
We saw Deepika Padukone in a red saree in Ahmedabad. She had draped this shimmering magenta red saree over a sleeveless orange blouse in the Gujarat capital. She looked spectacular in this ensemble that was bright and striking. Deepika's saree had a thick golden border and golden dots all over its body. The golden zari on the saree made it look very glamorous.

The saree blouse design of this ensemble made all the difference to the look. The deeply cut dori blouse was a stunner. Deepika also sported a stylish braided bun and heavy pearl embellished jhumkas.

Deepika Padukone was also seen at Comedy Nights With Kapil, which is a popular comedy show on television. She was promoting 'Happy New Year' with the entire team on the sets of this show.
Deepika Padukone was in a saree that was pastel peach in colour on this occasion. Her saree had a silver border and beaded embellishments. She draped the saree over a sleeveless blouse with cutout details. She also pulled her hair back into a pinned half pony and wore jhumkis.

As far as the glamour quotient goes, Deepika Padukone in the red saree wins the race. She looked pleasantly pretty in the peach saree too but the red one is obviously better.
