The red carpet for Oscars 2014 has just begun. The glitterati of Hollywood is streaming into the Dolby theatre in Los Angeles. And Amy Adams is one of the early birds at the event. She has just walked the Oscars 2014 red carpet in a royal blue dress and it appears that Amy Adams picked Gucci this year.

Amy Adams said that she has dressed for herself this year and why not when she had a such a wonderful year in terms of success. She is a nominee for Oscars 2014. The American Hustle actress is looking stunning in a royal blue strapless gown.

Amy Adams's Gucci couture gown was inspired by the fifties look. Amy confessed to being totally ‘in awe of the fifties fashion'. The strapless gown has upturned flaps on the hem. The design of the gown was typically fish tail.

Amy Adams also wore Tiffiny's jewels with her Gucci gown. She had a simple Oscars 2014 look. A good fashionable gown without too may frills and the jewellery was not too fussy either. We loved the simple and yet elegant diamond earrings.
