Celebrity Style At Masala Awards 2013
The Masala Awards 2013 was held at the Madinat Arena, Madinat Jumeirah, on 28 November where a lot of Bollywood celebrities gathered together. The ceremony was conducted in Dubai, UAE. Like every year, the Masala Awards 2013 attracted and commended the best-known faces from the tinsel town.
From Chitrangada Singh to iconic UAE personality Vasu Shroff, celebrities were seen having a good time at the recently conducted Masala Awards 2013.
If we take a look at the red carpet fashion of Masala Awards 2013, we can say that a lot of celebrities donned different looks. The most common thing that we observed at the Masala Awards red carpet fashion was the traditional dress code. A lot of celebrities wore traditional outfits and graced the red carpet of the awards night.
We saw both desi and contemporary designs on the red carpet of Masala Awards 2013. For example, Asin was one of the celebrities who wore a stylish silhouette from Anamika Khanna which looked chic yet traditional. It was an anarkali patterned long slit skirt which was worn with a pair of matching sherara frill pants.
Chitrangada Singh wore a Manish Malhotra designed lehenga at the Masala Awards 2013. After a long time we saw Urmila Matondkar who was wearing Manish Malhotra too. Urmila too decided to wear a lehenga which looked pretty on the actress. The iconic yester-year beauty, Zeenat Aman looked gorgeous in a floral printed embroidered long anarkali. Asin
The actress looked lovely in a floral print front slit anarkali. The colourful floral prints embroidered bandhgala silhouette was worn with a matching frilly sharara pants.
Chitrangada Singh
Chitrangada was another celebrity who looked breathtaking at the red carpet of Masala Awards 2013. She wore frilly well pleated floor length anarkali by Manish Malhotra.
Esha Gupta
Esha also went desi as she was seen wearing a coral coloured lehenga. The lehenga had black and silver embroidery at the bottom.
Karishma Kotak
Model, actress and TV presenter Karishma looked pretty in a golden saree gown. She is standing beside the co-host of Masala Awards, Manish Paul. Manish wore a black tuxedo with a sequinned waist-coat.
Urmila Matondkar
Urmila looked splendid in her designer friend Manish Malhotra lehenga. The lime green coloured lehenga was worn with a nude coloured net dupatta.
Zeenat Aman
Yesteryear beauty Zeenat Aman who grabbed the Lifetime Achievement Award (Bollywood) at the event looked beautiful in a black anarkali. The anarkali had heavy floral motifs in colourful thread work.
