However, stealing the show was the creation by Gayatri Khanna, a promising fashion designer. The collection was inspired by the world famous luxurious car brand Mercedes-Benz and clearly stood out for its simplicity.
The designer wears both long and short in colors like Black, Red, Blue, Grey, Pink, were stylish and classy. The collection was western with an European feel to it. "We are a very western wear designer, it's not much Indian at all. It's not influenced by Indian either, it is just a very western wear more European looking feeling brand. That's our basic niche. We don't use too much embroidery we focus more on the fabric, the cuts, the drape and the style," said Gayatri Khanna, fashion designer.
Gayatri Khanna is credited to fashion exposure working with the brands like Givenchy and Robert Cavalli designers and her designs have heavy influences from the west. AGENCIES
