Amla: Amla works great for both skin and hair. That is the reason it is used in many skin care creams and lotions. Amla can be consumed internally or can be applied topically on the skin to reduce the effects of ageing.

Lemon Juice: Lemon juice is known for its bleaching property. Drinking lemon juice early in the morning flushes out the toxins from the body. Applying it on the skin reduces the appearance of blemishes and age spots.
Milk And Almond: A mixture of almond and milk is a perfect remedy to remove all signs of ageing. Soak almonds in water overnight. Grind it the next morning with some amount of milk. Apply this paste on to the skin. Leave it on for sometime and rinse.
Essential Oil: Essential oil rejuvenates the body and removes the appearance of fine lines and age spots. Apply essential oils such as almond oil or lavender oil on to the skin for best results. Massage the oil for a few minutes and rinse with lukewarm water for a youthful glowing skin.
