Skin is a delicate yet the most exposed part of the body. It sometimes gets inevitable for one to even take care of the heat that can harm your skin. Skin can sometimes be harmed in a long run which causes permanent damage.
One should know ways to prevent the damage that can be done to skin as possible. Skin is something that can regenerate itself but will get worn out with each day of exposure to the sun rays.

Broken Blood Vessel
The more young skin is exposed to the sun the blood vessels rise and swell which at times may lead to bursting. What one can do is when you see the blood vessel in any part of your body swelling up you can take some vitamin B3 (orally or in ointment form). They make your blood vessels strong.

Burnt Scalp
We often tend to apply expensive sunscreens all over our body but forget that the scalp is one of the most exposed and neglected part of skin. Covering the scalp is very important.

Razor Burn And Ingrowth Of Hair
During the summer one tends to use the razor a lot more than usual and wear bikini's. Well, first of all the bikini itself can cause ingrown hair in the bikini line area. Always use a hydrating shaving cream and inflammation minimising serum.

Butt Acne
Butt acne is very common during summer as people tend to wear tight fitting clothes and sit in their wet swimsuits aggravating friction leading to blemishes. Always avoid super tight clothing and sitting in your wet bathing suits.

Red neck
This is a condition when the skin on your neck and chest area turns reddish or splotchy. This usually happens with age but also might occur if one walks around in the sun unprotected. Always protect your neck and exposed skin areas around it with a good sunscreen.
