Best Night Face Packs For Glowing Skin
In today's world where all of us have hectic schedules, we do not get enough time to devote to grooming. But, spending some time to maintain a healthy skin and hair does not only help in keeping ourselves groomed but also will enhance our self-confidence.
Of course, using those wide varieties of ready-made products available in the market would save your time but it might not sound to be reasonable for most of us. Therefore in this article, we'll be introducing to some natural home-made face packs that you can use to get a glowing skin easily at home. Also, these face packs can be used during the night time just before you go to bed.
Let's have a look at how to make and use these night face masks for glowing skin.
1. Oatmeal Face Pack
Oats is considered as one of the best ingredients to be used on the skin due to its effective properties. The antioxidant and the anti-inflammatory properties that it possesses rejuvenate the skin and prevent the skin from many infections and inflammation. [1]
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp instant oats
- 1 tsp honey
- 2-3 drops of lemon juice
How to do
- Take a clean bowl and add instant oats into it.
- The next step is to add raw honey and a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients with the help of a spoon to make a scrub-like paste.
- Start applying this pack on your cleansed face and neck.
- Allow the pack to dry and you can remove it by scrubbing it off gently with your fingertips.
- Finally, wash it off in cold water and pat dry.
2. Milk Cream Face Pack
Milk cream has lactic acid that helps in maintaining a healthy and youthful skin by removing the dead skin cells. Thus applying milk topically gives a natural radiance to the skin. [2]
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp milk cream
- 1 tsp fresh rose water
How to do
- In a bowl, add milk cream and some fresh rose water.
- Combine both the ingredients to make a smooth and soft paste.
- Apply this on your face evenly and leave it for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes you can wash it off with lukewarm water.
3. Vitamin E Capsule Face Pack
Vitamin E helps in treating damages on the skin and rejuvenating it due to its antioxidative and anti-inflammatory nature. It also protects your skin from even the UV damage caused on the skin. [3]
Ingredients
- 2-3 vitamin E capsules
- 1 tsp rose water
How to do
- All you need to do is prick the vitamin E tablets and pour the oil in the bowl.
- Add a few drops of fresh rose water into the bowl.
- Blend both the ingredients well.
- Wash your face and neck thoroughly and gently massage this pack evenly.
- Wait for about 10-15 minutes.
- Later rinse it off in normal water.
4. Egg White Face Pack
Being a rich source of protein, eggs are beneficial for the skin in many ways when you apply it topically. Egg white helps in nourishing the skin by helping in firming it and removing the blackheads and whiteheads.
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp yogurt
How to do
- First, take an egg and separate the egg white from it and transfer it into a clean bowl.
- Add fresh and unflavoured yogurt into the egg white and whisk both the ingredients well.
- Apply an even layer of this mask on your face and let it stay for about 15 minutes.
- Use normal water to wash the pack off.
- Make sure that you do not use warm water to wash it off since it will lead to the cooking of eggs.
5. Aloe Vera Face Pack
Aloe vera helps in producing collagen that indeed helps in maintaining the elasticity of the skin thus making the skin wrinkle-free. The anti-inflammatory properties of aloe vera help in treating any kind of inflammation or irritation on the skin. Also it is the best natural moisturiser that keeps the skin hydrated and radiant all the time. [4]

- 1 tbsp aloe vera gel
- 1 tsp olive oil
How to do
- First, extract the fresh aloe vera gel from the aloe vera leaf.
- Transfer this into the bowl and add olive oil into it.
- Combine both the ingredients to get a smooth paste.
- Start applying the aloe vera pack on your face.
- Rinse it off in normal water after 20 minutes and pat dry with a soft towel.
6. Curd Face Pack
Just like raw milk, curd also contains lactic acid that makes it one of the best natural ingredients that help in rejuvenating the skin by removing the dead skin cells and restoring new skin cells. This will not only make your skin radiant but will help in keeping the skin moisturised throughout.
Ingredients
- 1 cup curd
- 2-3 drops of lemon juice
How to do
- In a bowl, add a cup of fresh curd.
- Next, squeeze a few drops of fresh lemon juice into it and blend both the ingredients well enough to make a soft paste.
- Start applying this pack on your cleansed face evenly.
- Allow the pack to stay for 10 minutes.
- Later wipe off the curd pack with the help of a tissue.
- You can wash it off in cold water.
