Home Made Body Scrubs – The Summer Skin Secret
One of the basic skin care routine is the use of body scrub. Body scrub is important during summers to remove the dead skin, clogged pores and for face cleaning. This is called ex-foliating the skin. Body scrub prevents you from summer skin problems like acne, pimples, heat rashes and skin darkening. Using body scrub also helps in preventing tanning of the skin. Here are some home made body scrub recipes -
1.One of the best home made body scrub for summer skin care is to combine one cup of sugar and one cup of salt with one cup of olive oil. Massage your body with this solution for 15 minutes. This ex-foliates the skin and also brings back the lost glow. It makes your skin healthy.
2.Mix four spoons of chickpea powder, half spoon of turmeric powder, one spoon of milk and three spoons of rose water. Massage your body with this paste before bath for 15 minutes. This home made scrub cleanses your skin and also kills germs thus, preventing pimples and acne.
3.Mix three spoons of wheat flour with five spoons of milk cream. Apply this paste and let it dry for 20 minutes. After than take some dry flour in hand and scrub off the body mask. This is an excellent cleanser as well.
4.Mix one spoon of honey with multani metti. Apply this on the body and let it dry. When dried, rinse it off with cold water. This home made body scrub also is a great treatment to remove tanning.
5.Grind some masoor dal and make it into a powder. Mix this powder with honey and rose water. Use this paste as a home made body scrub.
These five home made body scrub should be a part of daily summer skin care routine to prevent your skin from summer skin issues as well as to maintain a healthy skin.
