• Concealer
• Setting powder
• Metallic blue eye shadow
• Flat eye shadow brush
• Black eyeliner
• Black kohl

• Apply some concealer over your lids and under your eyes and blend it in using the damp beauty blender.
• Set the concealer immediately using the setting powder.
• Now, take some blue metallic eye shadow on the flat eye shadow brush, and apply it all over your lids and over the crease.
