Urvashi Rautela sported blue eye make-up look and looked absolutely pretty. Her eye make-up was bold and beautiful and she teamed it with glossy pink lip shade. Keeping the base flawless and minimal, she slightly contoured her face and jawline. She beautifully curled her highlighted tresses and flaunted swag in leopard printed cap.

What you need
• Concealer
• Setting powder
• Blue kohl
• Blue eye shadow
• Fluffy eye shadow brush
• Black eyeliner
• Beauty blender
• Mascara
Steps to follow
• Apply some concealer over your lids and under your eyes, and blend it using the fingertips.
• Now, dust the setting powder over the concealer to set it in place.
• Now, take some blue eye shadow on the fluffy brush and apply it all over your lids and over the crease.
• Blend it well using the beauty blender to avoid harsh edges.
• Drag some eye shadow on the lower lash line as well.
• Pick the black eyeliner and apply a thin line over the upper lash line.
• Now, apply blue kohl on your waterline.

• Apply some concealer all over your lids and under the eyes. Blend it using the fingertips.
• Now, dust the setting powder over the concealer to set it in place. This works as the base.
• Take some blue eye shadow on the fluffy eye shadow brush and apply it over the crease. Blend it to give it a softer look.
• Now, take the same blue eye shadow on the flat eye shadow brush and apply it all over your lids, keeping it a little darker.
• Using the black eyeliner, apply a thin line on your upper lash line.
• Now, apply black kohl on your waterline.
