Hibiscus For Shiny & Strong Hair: Try This 15-Day Haircare Routine
Hibiscus is a powerful natural ingredient that can be used for haircare. It has been a popular choice for people looking to maintain and improve the appearance of their hair for ages!

Hibiscus is rich in Vitamin C, minerals, and antioxidants that are essential for healthy and shiny hair. It helps to prevent hair loss, split ends, and premature greying [1]. The natural oils of the flower also boost scalp health and help to reduce irritation.
Today, we have created a 15-day haircare routine to get shiny, strong, and healthy hair with hibiscus that'll surely make your hair shine bright like a diamond!
Hibiscus For Shiny & Strong Hair
The best 15-day haircare routine to get shiny, strong, and healthy hair with hibiscus:
Day 1: Start off your 15-day hair care routine with a scalp treatment. Massage a few drops of hibiscus essential oil into your scalp, focusing on the roots, for a few minutes. This will help to stimulate blood circulation, which can encourage healthy hair growth.
Day 2: After thoroughly rinsing out the essential oil, apply a hibiscus hair mask. Mix together two tablespoons of hibiscus powder with one tablespoon of coconut oil and one tablespoon of honey. Massage the mask into your scalp and hair, and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it out.
Day 3: Cut back on shampooing. Instead of washing your hair every day, switch to every other day. On the days you don't shampoo, just rinse your hair with hibiscus tea. Simply steep two tablespoons of hibiscus powder in two cups of boiling water. Let the tea cool and then use it as a rinse.
Day 4: Make a hibiscus hair oil. Heat a quarter cup of hibiscus powder and a quarter cup of coconut oil together in a saucepan until the oil has a dark red colour. Allow the oil to cool and then strain the powder out. Massage the oil into your scalp and hair and leave it on for 30 minutes before rinsing it out.

Day 5: Apply a hibiscus oil and yoghurt mask. Mix together one tablespoon of hibiscus oil, one tablespoon of yoghurt, and one tablespoon of honey. Massage the mixture into your hair and scalp and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it out.
Day 6: Take a hair break. Skip the hair treatments and give your hair a rest.
Day 7: Make a hibiscus herbal hair wash. Steep one tablespoon of hibiscus powder and one tablespoon of dried rosemary in two cups of boiling water. Let the mixture cool and then use it as a rinse.
Day 8: Apply a hibiscus and honey hair mask. Mix together two tablespoons of hibiscus powder, two tablespoons of honey, and one tablespoon of olive oil. Massage the mixture into your hair and scalp and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it out.
Day 9: Make a hibiscus tea hair rinse. Steep two tablespoons of hibiscus powder in two cups of boiling water. Let the mixture cool and then use it as a rinse.
Day 10: Make a hibiscus oil and aloe vera hair mask. Mix together two tablespoons of hibiscus oil, two tablespoons of aloe vera gel, and one tablespoon of honey. Massage the mixture into your hair and scalp and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it out.
Day 11: Make a hibiscus tea hair spray. Steep two tablespoons of hibiscus powder in two cups of boiling water. Let the mixture cool and pour it into a spray bottle. Use the spray to add extra hydration and shine to your hair.

Day 12: Make a hibiscus oil and egg yolk hair mask. Mix together two tablespoons of hibiscus oil, one egg yolk, and one tablespoon of honey. Massage the mixture into your hair and scalp and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it out.
Day 13: Make a hibiscus shampoo. Mix together one tablespoon of hibiscus powder, one tablespoon of castile soap, and one tablespoon of honey. Use this as your shampoo and rinse it out with a hibiscus tea rinse.
Day 14: Make a hibiscus oil and banana hair mask. Mix together two tablespoons of hibiscus oil, one mashed banana, and one tablespoon of honey. Massage the mixture into your hair and scalp and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it out.
Day 15: Make a hibiscus oil and avocado hair mask. Mix together two tablespoons of hibiscus oil, one mashed avocado, and one tablespoon of honey. Massage the mixture into your hair and scalp and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it out.
Try this for 15 days and see the results for yourself!
