4 Easy Tips To Stop Losing Hair While Riding Your Bike

  • Wear Either A Bandana Or Scarf: Choose an adequately sized bandana/scarf. Ensure that your scarf is clean and comfortable. The scarf shouldn't be tightly tied, as this can restrict your blood flow as well as pull your hair. As far as possible, wash your scarf once or twice in a week, a dirty scarf will lead to scalp infections. Remember to clean your helmet periodically as well. Airing out your helmet every day is an excellent way to prevent invisible but toxic pathogens from crawling on to your riding gear.
  • Get Rid Of Scalp Issues: If you have any existing scalp issues, use appropriate cures to get rid of them before you wear your helmet. As far as possible, do not share your scarf or helmet with others. This can result in you picking up scalp infections from others.

  • Use Aloe Vera-Based Natural Remedies: Mix 1 tablespoon of sour curd with 2 tablespoons of aloe vera pulp. Apply this on both your scalp and hair. Rinse after 20 minutes. Repeat the procedure once in a week, until you're riding a bike.
  • Eradicate Scalp Infections Using Ginger: You will need 4 tablespoons of freshly squeezed ginger juice for this neat trick. Once you have the juice, take a cotton ball and apply the juice to your scalp. In the beginning, apply the juice twice every week. After 2 weeks, you can reduce the frequency of application to once a week.
