Home Remedies To Firm Up Sagging Breast

Sagging breast is generally a big problem for a woman who is in her 30's. Breast sagging is a natural process where a breast loses its firmness and elasticity. Here we have listed certain home remedies for sagging breasts that can help you.

Apart from age, there are numerous other factors that can lead to sagging breasts like excessive weight loss or weight gain, pregnancy, breastfeeding and so on.

A woman who wears poorly fitted bra can also suffer from sagging breast right from the age of 20. Some diseases like breast cancer or problems like tuberculosis can also lead to sagging breast.

Well, if you have been suffering from sagging breast due to any of the above reasons, here are a few easy and simple herbal remedies that can firm up your breasts. Take a look.


1. Olive Oil

Due to fatty acids and antioxidants present in olive oil, it can help to reverse the signs of ageing and also prevent the breast from sagging. It contains nutrients that contribute to improve the skin tone as well as the shape of the breast.

Take some olive oil in your palm and rub it on your hands to generate some heat. Now apply this oil to your breast in upward directions and massage for some time. Do this for 15 minutes and repeat doing this for at least 4-5 times.


2. Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek seeds help to lift your breast and prevent from sagging. Fenugreek seeds are one among the ancient remedies that help to prevent sagging of breast.

Take some fenugreek seeds and blend them together. Now apply this thick paste on your breast and wait for some time. Wash it off with lukewarm water after 20-25 minutes. Repeat doing this twice in a day. A perfect home remedy to treat sagging breast!


3. Ice Massage

Ice massage is quite useful when it comes to treating sagging of breast. You should take 2-3 ice cubes and massage your breast for some time.

Make sure you don't rub for more than one minute because excessive cold can affect the blood vessels. Then, dry your breast using a soft towel and wear a well-fitted bra immediately. You can do this 2-3 times in a day.


4. Fresh Aloe Vera

Using fresh aloe vera gel is one among the effective ways to treat your sagging breast. Scoop out some aloe gel from the leaves and massage your breast with this gel in a circular motion for 10 minutes. Now, allow it to sit for some time and wash it off with lukewarm water after some time.


5. Pomegranate

Pomegranate is an anti-ageing ingredient that can help to treat sagging breasts. You need to make a paste of pomegranate and mustard oil and massage your breast using this mixture.

Do this for 10-15 minutes in a circular motion before going to bed. Another way to include pomegranate is to use pomegranate oil and massage your breast twice in a day.


6. Shea Butter

Shea butter is a natural ingredient that helps to tighten your breast and make it appear firmer. You should take some shea butter and then rub it on your breast.
Massage in upward circular directions for 10-15 minutes. Wait for a few minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy for 2-3 times in a day.


7. Rhassoul Clay

Rhassoul clay is known to be a natural skin-firming ingredient that helps to give you soft and firm breast. Take two spoons of Rhassoul clay and make a thick paste of it.

Now apply this on your breast and massage in an upward direction. Wait for sometime and allow it to dry completely. Later, wash it off with lukewarm water. This is one of the best home remedies for sagging breast that you need to try.


8. Cucumber & Egg Yolk

Using cucumber and egg yolk together can not only help to give you a firm breast, also serve you with soft and supple skin.

Make a puree of cucumber and mix one egg yolk. Now, blend both the ingredients together and apply the mixture on your breast.

Apply this to your breast and allow the mixture to dry for some time. Wash it off nicely with cold water.
