Home Remedies To Banish Smelly Feet
Our feet actually face the most, out of all our other body parts. After all, we are on our feet all day long. And the amount of dirt that gets on them is also a lot. That, combined with sweat, can lead to stinky feet. Luckily, there are simple home remedies you can try to banish the problem of smelly feet.
This problem can be really embarrassing for those suffering from it. It isn't a problem that can't be dealt with though. It mostly happens to people who wear closed shoes with socks.
The sweat in such cases does not get a chance to get evaporated, although, sometimes, even people who wear sandals and slippers are affected by it.
As long as the causes are not medical, these ways to get rid of smelly feet should be enough to help you out. The sweat and bacteria that get accumulated on the feet are responsible for the annoying and embarrassing odour that gets produced.
Some simple things like sprinkling talcum powder before stepping into closed shoes can be of some help. But, if everything else fails, here are some home remedies for smelly feet that you could try, take a look.

1. Lavender Oil:
Add a few drops of lavender essential oil to warm water and soak your feet in this. The amazing smell of lavender helps get rid of any weird stink on the feet.

2. Baking Soda:
Mix two teaspoons of baking soda in water and soak your feet in this. Baking soda has antibacterial and antifungal properties that help get rid of the stink.

3. Tea Tree Oil:
The antibacterial properties of tea tree oil are widely known. So, of course, it would help in getting rid of stinky feet as well. Add a few drops of undiluted tea tree oil to water and soak your feet in this for 10-15 minutes regularly.

4. Mouth Wash:
The alcohol and mint in mouthwashes help kill the bacteria on the feet that could be causing the odour. Add mouthwash to warm water, using the lid of the mouthwash bottle, and soak your feet in this. That's a perfect easy home remedy you could try to get rid of smelly feet.

5. Black Tea:
Brew a cup of black tea and pour this in warm water. Soak your feet in this for 20 minutes to get rid of the odour and to relax your feet. We can't think of any best way to unwind than this natural remedy, can we?

6. Apple Cider Vinegar:
Apple cider vinegar is known to balance out the pH levels and it even gets rid of the bacteria because of its acidic content. This is one of the best home remedies for smelly feet that you've got to try.
