Excessive Underarm Sweating: Try Home Remedy
Armpit or underarm sweating can appear really embarrassing. It becomes really difficult to lift your arms up as the wet patches will be a real turn off. Moreover, the sweat odour is so strong that even the fragrance of a perfume falls weak.
There are many times when you see the wet underarms which is clearly visible on the dress. To avoid this, you might prefer a sleeveless dress which will not highlight the sweaty underarms all the more. However, excessive underarm sweating can not be reduced with such changes. You need to focus on what you eat and be careful on what you wear.
For example, certain foods such as garlic, red chilli, bell peppers activate the sweat glands. Similarly, wearing polyester or linen during summers can produce more sweat as the skin pores do not get sufficient air passage.
FOODS TO AVOID UNDERARM SWEATING
You can also try some home remedies which can reduce excessive underarm sweating naturally. For example, applying apple cider vinegar is one of the best home remedies to reduce excessive armpit sweating. It will fill the pores and also kill the bacteria that causes body odour.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar can be applied on the underarms every day before going to bed. You can also apply it on the armpits 30 minutes before taking bath. Wash off with a mild soap and water. Ideally, leave apple cider vinegar overnight to get best results.
Baking Soda
Make a paste of baking soda with water. Apply this paste on the armpits and leave it for about 30 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Your skin can become dry after first few attempts. However, it is better to keep the skin dry than wet.
Cornstarch
Instead of applying talcum powder on the underarms, you can simply dab some cornstarch powder on the armpits. It will absorb the excess moisture and prevent sweat odour. However, make sure that you do not wear dark clothes with it as the powder will be clearly visible on the fabric.
Lemon
Lemon is one of the ingredients that can reduce armpit sweating to a great extent. Moreover, rubbing a lemon slice on the underarm is a simple remedy to lighten dark armpits.
Wear Light Cotton
The fabric that you wear can make you sweaty as well. Prefer light fabric like cotton as it dries up quickly and doesn't let moisture settle on the armpit.
Avoid Spicy Food
Do not have spicy food if you suffer from excessive body sweat. Avoid too much spicy food which contains red chillies and bell peppers.
