Masoor dal with milk: Dry masoor dal under the sun for 3-4 days. Ground into a fine powder and store in an air-tight container. If you want, you can soak the masoor dal in water overnight and ground a paste with milk next morning to use it as a body scrub.
Masoor dal with peanut: Ground masoor dal and peanuts together. Add a pinch of turmeric powder. Make a paste with yogurt and use this body scrub bot clean, exfoliate and tighten the skin. Turmeric fights body acne, lightens skin complexion and also fights ageing.
Masoor dal with ghee: By adding ghee to the masoor dal body scrub, you prevent the skin from drying or becoming rough. Ghee also provides sufficient moisture and necessary fats that are required for the beautiful glowing skin.
Other Ingredients: To prepare a homemade masoor dal body scrub, you can use other ingredients like orange peel powder, lemon juice, rose water and sandalwood powder to get beauty benefits.
