Top 5 Homemade Body Scrub Recipes
1. Salt Body Scrub Recipe: No body polish treatment is complete without the salt scrub. The salt helps in exfoliation and keep the skin glowing and smooth.
You Will Need:
1 tsp Sea salt
' tsp ginger paste
1 cup Vitamin E oil
' cinnamon powder
Procedure:
In a non metallic bowl, combine all the ingredients. After a warm shower, apply the scrub and massage in circular motion. Rinse body well after 20 minutes.
2. Cereal Body Scrub Recipe: Oats can not only be a good breakfast option for the day but also serve as a wonderful natural skin polisher.
You Will Need:
1 tsp brown sugar
' cup oats
1 tsp pure honey
1 cup milk
2 drops of almond oil
Pinch of saffron
Procedure: Follow the same procedure as above.
3. Citrus Body Scrub Recipe: Lemon works great in removing tan from skin. A few drops of concentrated lemon can also work like an antifungal and antibacterial solution.
You Will Need:
1 tsp jaggery
3 tbsp lemon
1 tsp rock salt
' cup jojoba oil
Procedure: Powder jaggery, add lemon, rock salt and oil. Mix and apply immediately. Scrub until the jaggery and salt crystals dissolve completely.

1 tsp lavender oil
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tsp sea salt
' cup olive oil
