Do you dream of being the proud owner of a flat stomach? If yes then you share your wish with many other girls who suffer from belly fat. Stomach is the most sensitive area to fat accumulation and it is a tough task to workout fat from your stomach. A flat stomach is the definition of a perfect figure. If you work towards having a flat stomach, you in the process will also end up working out on your waist size.

Here are few tips to get a flat stomach -

1.Increase Metabolism – Metabolism is the amount of calories which the body burns to maintain the working of the body. Enhancing metabolism means burning more calories and thus reducing the accumulation of fat. Metabolism also improves the internal working. That means, if you have good metabolism, you digest food easily and also remain energetic all through out the day. The way to increase metabolism is to workout twice a day, eat food within four hours of workout, drink a lot of water to wash out all the toxins and eat small meal all day.

2.Protein – Your diet should include a lot of lean Protein. Protein helps in turning fat in muscles. This means that all your belly fat is used to build muscles which also includes the muscles around the waist. Tight muscles around the waist helps you avoid loosening of the skin and get a perfect waist size. Protein diet includes, egg white, fruits, nuts, dark vegetables and whole grain food. Protein also has the ability to increase metabolism. Protein diet can keep your stomach full for a long time thus, checking your hunger.

3.Dairy – Drink skimmed milk rather than whole fat milk. Whole fat milk, has the tendency of creating gas and bloating your stomach, thus adding on to the belly fat. Avoid intake of fatty dairy products like butter and ghee but cheese can be consumed once a day.

4.Water – Drink plenty of water. This will keep your hydrated after long workout hours thus maintaining your energy level. Drink luke warm water after every meal, this does not allow fat to accumulate in your stomach. Add a whole lemon juice to a glass of luke warm water and drink it thrice a day. This will increase your metabolism naturally and melt your belly fat faster.

5.Exercise – Two Hours of Aerobics is specifically beneficial for your stomach fat. Other than that, crunches, sit ups, especially leg raising exercises work on your lower abdomen, which also accumulates fat easily. Light weight lifting, not only works on your stomach fat but also results in toning of your body.

6.Fiber Diet – Food rich in fiber, enhances your body's ability to burn fat and specially from the stomach area. Including fiber in your diet will prevent your stomach from bloating and work on your bowel system. Food which are rich in fiber are – wheat bread, beans, green vegetables, fruits and grains.

These six easy steps towards a flat stomach are not difficult. All it needs is self monitoring and dedication. Following this regime will not only give you a great figure but will also keep you healthy and devoid of health problems.
