Feng Shui has been used effectively to elevate your moods and clearing your day-to-day stress. Using Feng shui you can keep frustrations and negativities at bay. 1. Notice your surroundings and keep it clean and safe. Make sure no objects are lying around on the floor or in your way, especially in walkways and on steps. There is always a likelihood that you will trip over them and fall. Also keep each room safe by keeping them well-lit and using soft lights at night so that you don't trip and fall in the dark. Choose your furniture with care, the ones that feel soft and comfortable. Arrange them carefully.
2. Keep a spiritual nook or corner where you can meditate without interruptions. Try any spiritual activity to keep you calmer and well balanced.
3. Use more of Earth tones like tans, Yellows, Browns, Whites, and Blues. Using wood furniture and a lot of Crystal, Porcelain, and Ceramic in your décor provides you earthy elements. Do not avoid keep these things as they are key agents in reducing your tensions and keeping you grounded.
4. Sharp edged furniture in your drawing room and sharp corners of desks etc can make you restless.
5. It is unsafe to have a sharp edge pointing at you as it makes you suspectable to injuries. You can use plants and fabrics to soften the edges.

9. Clutter is the root cause of emotional insecurity and anxiety. Keeping these areas clean will also clear the cobwebs in your brain.
10. Excepting Clothes and linens, do not keep anything under the bed while sleeping. Do not keep anything that increases your worry and stress as that will creep into your subconscious at night.
11. Keep a space for nurturing and boosting your creativity. Indulge in your creative hobbies every day.
12. Feng Shui plants can be used to bring in a sense of peace and enhance your mental strength. They improve the quality of air. You can choose bamboo, ivy plants, philodendrons, and ferns.
13. Preserve the calm in the ambience of your living space by adding yin elements to your room such as candles, lighting and calming décor. Keeping the atmosphere calm can bring down your irritability. Earthy colours and tones bring in that much required calm. You will sense improved clarity, and the mood swings reducing.
14. If you have a painting that shows a vase under a moonlight, keep it at home as moonlight can combat your anger successfully.
