Once your baby gets weaned from formula milk or breast milk, your time of confusion about the dairy items for toddlers will begin. Toddlers need energy and nutrients to be active and healthy. Milk and dairy products should be included as a part of a healthy diet for toddlers because they are rich in proteins, fat and calcium. Butter
Butter is one among the dairy items which are good for toddlers. It will provide the necessary nutrients and fats that are important for the growth and development of your toddler. Freshly prepared butter will be the best choice.

Yogurt
