Most of us often ignore the health of the lymphatic nodes and this is why we accumulate toxins. This is why it is important to boost your lymphatic system.
Some of the symptoms which are a result of poor lymphatic system are: rashes, bloating, cellulite, fatigue, body pains, allergies and lethargy.
In fact, the lymphatic system is all about ducts and nodes. They are spread all over your system. Sometimes, these nodes do swell. When your body gets affected by an infection or a virus or even inflammation or cancer, these nodes do get affected.
