'Avoid' These 10 Foods To Lose Weight!
Losing weight is a herculean task. Everyday we embark on the resolution of loosing those extra pounds and we eventually fail by the end of the day. Dieting is the most effective and the most tough job. Knowing about the right foods to eat and to avoid is absolutely necessary before you start dieting. It is because while you are on a diet, your body must receive the important nutrients to keep up your energy level.
While you eat some foods which are low on fats but high on nutrients, you must also avoid certain foods. These foods may be silently making your efforts of losing weight go futile. There are a number of such foods which may not look like the danger but they may be derailing your efforts to get that perfect body. So, it is very important to watch out what you are eating if you seriously want to shed those extra pounds.
Here is the list of 10 foods which you must avoid if you are trying to lose weight.

White Rice
With very less number of nutrients and high calorie count, white rice is a sure no if you are trying to lose weight. White rice is also responsible for making your blood sugar go high. So, choose brown rice instead of white if you want to eat healthy.

Grapes
Fruits are generally considered healthy but grapes have a high sugar content. So, try to avoid grapes from your diet if you are working out to lose weight.

Diet Soda
The artificial sweeteners in diet soda can actually cause weight gain instead of loss. So, make sure you cut out diet soda completely out of your menu.

Canned Food
Canned food looks like the most convenient option for us when we are hungry. But canned food has high sodium content which is extremely harmful for your body when you are dieting.

Salted Nuts
Nuts are a great source of protein. But salted nuts can be your biggest enemy. Once you start munching the salted nuts, its hard to stop. By the time you stop, you end up consuming more calories than you think.

Alcohol
On weekends most of us indulge in binge drinking. This takes up the calorie count a lot higher and adds extra pounds to your body.

White Bread
White bread tends to raise your blood sugar. And if you consume white bread with a blob of butter, then your calorie count goes even higher. So, choose whole wheat bread or brown bread in place of white bread.

Soy Sauce
Sure anything with soy sauce in it tastes simply awesome. But soy sauce also contains high amount of sodium which definitely does not help with your calorie count.

Whole Fat Cheese
Avoid fatty cheese completely, if you are looking out to loose weight. Even a small helping of cheese can add to your regular calorie count which may add some extra pounds to your body.

Red Meat
Though red meat is healthy and nutritious, it should be included in your diet only in limited amount. The fat content in red meat will add to your calorie count. So, be careful when you are including red meat in your diet.
