List Of Foods Typically Eaten On The Raw Food Diet -
1. Fruits: Antioxidant rich fruits like Apple, Banana, Grapes, Mango. Citrus fruits like lemon, lime and orange. Dry fruits like Raisins and Dates. Berries like Blueberry, Strawberry and Raspberry. Tender coconut.
2. Vegetables: Green Leafy vegetables like Lettuce, Spinach, Dill and Kale. Herbs like Celery and Ginger. Fresh Spices like ball pepper, garlic and jalapeno. Other vegetables include Onion, Tomato, Zuchinni etc.
