Badam Kulfi Recipe – Holi Special
- 3 litres milk
- 3/4th cup sugar
- ' cup roasted badam/almonds (sliced)
- Cardamom powder
1. Boil 3 litres of milk in a long thick bottom vessel. Turn of the stove when the milk is reduced to half.
2. Add sugar, badam and elaichi powder. Stir well.
3. Transfer all the contents to kulfi moulds and freeze it for about 6-7 hours. Tasty badam kulfis are ready.
