With Navratri on the cards, most of you must be keeping a fast or are on a strict vegetarian diet for the next few days. This calls for some delicious and tempting vegetarian recipes. Beguni
This Bengali recipe is nothing complicated. Beguni can be prepared in just ten minutes. The flavour of this vegetarian snack recipe comes from kalonji or onion seeds, so you must add plenty to get the flavour of these seeds.
