  1. 2 big potatoes (cubed & boiled)
  2. 3 tablespoons skimmed milk (low fat)
  3. A piece of salted butter
  4. fresh cilantro(chopped)
  5. Green onion(chopped, minced)
  6. Chopped Jalapeno pepper or normal black pepper
  7. 2 garlic cloves (minced)

How To Make Low Fat Spicy Mashed Potatoes?

  1. In a bowl mash the potatoes removing the skin.
