Tomato Chicken: Microwave Recipe
This is your perfect Indian side dish option if you are just calling a few friends over. As an Indian microwave recipe it can be cooked in minutes even as you chat with your friends. So go ahead and try this tomato chicken recipe to celebrate Tomatina with family and friends.

pulp
of

Onion-2
(paste)
4.
Garlic-10
cloves
(chopped
finely)
5.
Ginger-4
1-inch
pieces
6.
Green
chillies-4
(chopped
finely)
7.
Bell
pepper
or
capsicum-2
(chopped)
8.
White
pepper-2
teaspoons
9.
Soy
sauce-1
teaspoon
10.
Coriander
leaves
(chopped)
11.
Oil-2
tablespoons
12.
Salt
as
per
taste
Procedure For Tomato Chicken:
- Make tomato pulp and onion paste separately in the grinder.
- Heat oil in a deep microwavable pan for 2 minutes on maximum power.
- Add white pepper and chopped green chilies to the oil and heat it on maximum power for 2 minutes to flavour it.
- Add the garlic, ginger and onion paste to the oil and cook it for 4 minutes on 80 percent power.
- Add the bell pepper and chicken pieces; cook for 4 minutes on 100 percent power.
- Stir in the tomato pulp and add salt. Cook in the oven for 4 minutes on 80 percent power.
- Now pour some soy sauce and sprinkle coriander leaves, add one and half cup of water. Cover and cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes on 80 percent power.
Your Tomato Chicken is ready to eat with rice or rotis. You can garnish it with fresh basil leaves.
