Bourbon chicken, Chinese main course recipe:
1 cup chicken breasts, cut in bite sizes
3-4 garlic cloves crushed
' tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
red pepper flakes
light brown sugar
1 tsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
water (if required)
Directions to make bourbon chicken recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken pieces till they become golden brown. Put the pieces in a plate.
2. Now add garlic, ginger, salt, brown sugar, black pepper, and tomato ketchup. Mix well and then add cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, soy sauce and saute well.
3. After cooking for 1 minute, add chicken pieces and mix well. If you want to increase the gravy consistency, add little water and bring it to boil till it thickens. After boiling, put it off flame. Serve.
