Mushroom Omelette Recipe

Omelette is one of the most popular breakfast recipes. Whenever we think of breakfast, egg recipes come to rescue. Boiled or poached eggs, omelette are few common egg recipes that are easy to prepare and are delicious too.
There are many ways to make an omelette. You can either make it plain with some salt and black pepper or add few ingredients like vegetables and cheese. Have you tried the mushroom and onion filled omelette yet? As it is a weekend, you can try this egg recipe for your breakfast. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
- Eggs- 3
- Button mushrooms- 2tbsp (sliced)
- Onions- 2 medium sized (chopped)
- Chaat masala- a pinch
- Salt- as per taste
- Black pepper powder- 1tsp
- Cheese- 1 slice
- Butter- 1tbsp
Procedure
- In a bowl, beat the eggs. Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
- Meanwhile, heat 1tbsp butter in a frying pan. Cook the mushroom pieces and onion for about 2 minutes on a medium flame. Sprinkle salt and mix. Once the mushroom and onions become tender, keep them aside.
- Now, in the same frying pan, melt the remaining 1tbsp butter. Add the beaten eggs and spread all over the pan. Make the omelette and cook on both the sides.
- Place the omelette in a plate. Spread the cheese slice and cooked mushroom. Sprinkle chaat masala. Fold the omelette and then serve.
Mushroom omelette is ready to eat. Serve it hot.
