Haryana Egg Curry Recipe -
Ingredients:

  1. 4 Eggs (boiled)
  2. 1 onion (chopped)
  3. 1/2 tomato (puree)
  4. 3-4 pods of garlic
  5. ' tsp fresh ginger paste
  6. 1-2 green chilies (chopped)
  7. ' cup coriander leaves (chopped)
  8. Salt To Taste
  9. 1 tsp chili powder to taste
  10. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. 1 tsp garam masala
  13. 2-3 tbsp oil / butter
  14. 1 cup green peas (optional)
  15. 250 g paneer (optional)

How To Make Haryana Egg Curry?

  1. Carefully remove the shell of boiled eggs.
  2. Fry paneer in a teaspoon of oil until golden brown.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
  4. Grind garlic, chillies, ginger paste into thick paste.
  5. Add all the masala, the ground mixture to the pan with tomato puree and stir well.
  6. Add a cup of water and cook for a few minutes.
  7. Then add the fried paneer cubes, boiled green peas and eggs.
  8. Cook on simmer for upto 15 minutes.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with hot parathas and rotis. Tasty Haryana egg curry is ready to relish.
