Simple Home Remedies To Cure Sweaty Palms
Is your sweaty palms causing embarrassment to shake hands with your colleague or acquaintance? Sweaty palms occur when the stress level is really high and that can be annoying. Though this is a natural phenomenon, it could be that you have a condition called hyperhidrosis. These sweaty palms are usually accompanied by excessive sweating under the feet and elsewhere in the body as well. The causes of sweaty palms can also include low blood pressure, hyperhidirosis and stress.
It is commonly said that the ultimate cure for sweaty palms is through clinical surgery. However, that could be avoided as sweaty palms could be dealt through some simple home remedies. Though these remedies do not promise to cure the disorder permanently, it surely gives you temporary relief from sweating.

We give you some of the home remedies to get rid of sweaty palms:
Baking soda
Baking soda can be an excellent home remedy for sweating palms. Mix a spoonful of soda in a warm water, and soak your hand in that solution for few minutes. The alkaline nature present in the baking soda relieves you from your palms getting sweaty for several hours.
Talcum powder
If you have mild sweating palms, apply talcum powder on the palm to stop sweating. You can also carry the talcum powder with you so that it comes in handy whenever you want.
Tea bags
Boil around 4-5 tea bags in a bowl of water and soak your hand in the solution for few minutes. Tea solution act as an excellent natural antiperspirant and helpful in controlling sweating.
Alcohol
Dip a cotton ball in alcohol and rub it on the entire surface of your hands. Rubbing alcohol can dry up excessive sweat for a few hours. But make sure that you do not rub alcohol excessively, as it could cause dry skin.
Meditation
Meditation can cure you from many disorders. Since excessive sweating occurs during anxiety, stress meditation or yoga surely helps you to keep calm and also manage your stress levels.
Diet also plays an important role in avoiding sweaty palms. Onion, garlic and other spices are known to cause excessive sweating, so if you are suffering from sweating problems, ensure you reduce the intake of these food items. Apart from that, consume tomato juice daily to reduce excessive sweating problems as it keeps the body cool. Imbibe these simple remedies to get rid of sweaty palms.
