Fruit Hair Masks For Lustrous Hair
Hairfall, hair damage, split ends, low hair growth etc are common hair problems that are heard. Not only women but men also complain of low hair quality and too much of hairfall. What leads to these hair problems? Poor diet, unhealthy lifestyle, no hair care and pollution can be few reasons behind this problem. Why to go in spas for treatments when you can try something at home? Yes! Apart from drinking lots of water, you can try these fruit hair masks to get a shiny, strong and lustrous hair naturally!
Homemade fruit hair masks:
Banana and curd mask: Bananas are one of the most effective fruits to treat damaged and dull hair naturally. They are cheap and can be used as a homemade hair mask once a week. Mash few bananas (depending on the hair length). Add little curd and lemon juice if you have dandruff or an itchy dry scalp. Make a paste and apply on your hair. Leave it for 20-30 minutes. Wash with cold water and a mild shampoo to get a shiny and soft hair.
Guava and honey mask: This is another hair mask that can ensure good care of your precious strands of hair. Guava is rich in vitamin A that promotes new hair growth and also increases the function of mucous membranes. Take a ripe guava and mash it. Add few drops of honey and lemon juice if you have dandruff. Mix and apply on your hair. Leave for 15 minutes and then shampoo it.
Papaya and milk: The juicy papayas are a natural exfoliator for both the skin and hair. You can make a homemade fruit mask using papaya, milk, curd and honey. Mix them all together and apply the hair mask on your hair. Leave for 25-30 minutes and wash with a mild shampoo.
Strawberry and lemon juice: This is an effective fruit hair mask this is ideal to treat scalp problems like dandruff, itchy scalp, greasy scalp, musty scalp smell and most important hair problem, hairfall! Take few strawberries and mash them finely. Add few drops of honey, milk and lemon juice. Mix and apply the paste on your hair. Leave for 15 minutes and rinse properly with a mild shampoo.
Peaches and yogurt mask: Dry and itchy scalp can be treated with this homemade fruit hair mask. Mash few peaches and add beaten yogurt in it. You can also add other fruits like orange or papaya to get best results. Leave it on your hair for 20-25 minutes and rinse with cold water and shampoo.

After the hair masks dry and wash, hair tangles badly and detangling them will be a painful thing. Thus, always prefer oiling your hair before applying any hair mask.
