Step 1: Sit in Vajrasana or Padmasana and place palms on your knees.
Step 2: Keep your back straight and look straight ahead of you.
Step 3: Exhale forcefully through the mouth and push the stomach inward.
Step 4: Relax the stomach and inhale bringing it back to its original position.
Step 5: Practice this with 50 exhalations at a stretch, then increase it to 100. Gradually take the practise to 2mins and then 10 mins.
Note: This Kriya is something similar to Kapalabhati. In Kapalabhati, exhalations are through the nose but here exhalations will be through the mouth.
