What Is Samadhi?-Sahaja Samadhi And Sahaja Nirvikalpa

Sahaja Samadhi
Sahaja Samadhi is the ultimate state. It is effortlessly abiding in the self or the primal state eternally. It is like the river which has merged with the ocean.
Sahaja Nirvikalpa
In Sahaja Nirvikalpa, the mind sinks completely into the Self, like the bucket drowned in the well along with the rope. Hence there is no way of it being pulled up and down (i.e) there is no more disturbances of the mind. A person's activities in the world goes on like a child that suckles in sleep without being aware of being fed. Those who are in Sahaja Nirvikalpa are like an ocean without waves, if it can be said so. There is no movement in them owing to identifying themselves with everything without an 'other'. They do not see anything different from themselves.
One who gets himself naturally into meditation and who enjoys the resultant bliss will not get to lose his Samadhi state even when exposed to external work and thoughts coming in.
While abiding in any of the other Samadhis, permanently is Sahaja Samadhi. Body and Consciousness is what accounts for body consciousness. Body is insentient. It is to be noted that body consciousness involves the fluctuating mind too. Both the body and consciousness ought to be in another superior state or consciousness which is absolute, changeless, immobile and eternal with or without the body consciousness. When one holds on to the pure consciousness it is not a matter whether one has body consciousness or not
