Navratri 2023: Offer These Bhog To Maa Durga During Nine Days Puja
Navratri 2023: In Hinduism, worshipping Gods and Goddesses is not complete without Naivedya and Bhog. During the puja, offerings are made to the deities and then that food is distributed as prasad which is said to contain the highest energy of the Goddess.
This year Navratri will start from Sunday, 15 October 2023 and it is dedicated to 9 forms of Goddess Durga. These 9 forms are associated with different colors, similarly, they also like different types of food. Let us know which bhog to offer to Goddess Durga while worshipping them so that she is pleased and gives the choicest of blessings to her devotees.

Day 1 - Kalakand
Goddess Shailputri is worshiped on the first day of Navratri. This form of Goddess likes dishes made from cow's milk such as Kalakand. You can also offer any other sweet made from milk.
Day 2 - Panchamrit
The second day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Brahmacharini and she loves Panchamrit very much. This is made by mixing these five things - milk, curd, sugar, honey, and ghee.
Day 3 - Barfi
Goddess Chandraghanta is worshiped on the third day of Navratri. She is fond of dishes made from milk. Therefore, on this day, you can offer barfi made from milk khowa.
Day 4 - Malpua
Goddess Kushmanda is worshiped on the fourth day of Navratri. Goddess likes Malpua. Goddess will be pleased if you offer Malpua dipped in sugar syrup.
Day 5 - Banana
Goddess Skandamata is worshiped on the fifth day of Navratri. Mata Skandamata likes dishes made from banana. If you know how to prepare any dish from ripe banana, then offer it and if you don't know how, then you can make banana fruit chaat and offer it to the Goddess Goddess.
Day 6 - Betel Leaf (Paan)
Goddess Katyayani is worshiped on the sixth day of Navratri and she likes paan. Many dishes are also made from betel leaves like betel kheer, sweets are also made by wrapping khoya in betel leaves and steaming them. This is said to please the Goddess.
Day 7- Jaggery
Goddess Kalratri is worshiped on the seventh day of Navratri and she is fond of jaggery. Therefore, you can offer her kheer or sweets made from jaggery.
Day 8 - Coconut
Goddess Mahagauri is worshiped on the eighth day of Navratri and she likes coconut. You can prepare dishes like Coconut barfi, coconut laddu, or coconut kheer and offer to the goddess.
Day 9 - Semolina
Goddess Siddhidatri is worshiped on the last i.e. ninth day of Navratri. Mata Siddhidatri likes Halwa Puri. I also like black gram very much. Goddess is pleased by offering semolina pudding, flour puri, and boiled black gram.
