1. Sweeping The Floor (Jhaadu Lagana)

Sweeping the floor is a dynamic movement that involves forward bends, stretching, and core activation-much like the Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend) in yoga. When done properly, sweeping helps tone your upper body, improve spinal flexibility, and even engage your glutes. The repetitive arm motions are also great for improving shoulder mobility.
