Many of us are well aware of the fact that Hinduism is the oldest religion on Earth. It is also known for its million number of Gods & Goddess and their symbols.

symbol

the

of
a

forehead.

known
to
stimulate
the
mind
of
a
human
to
think
rationally.

Yantra

triangles

and
prosperity,

Swastika
This
is
another
powerful
symbol
and
holds
a
great
religious
significance
for
the
Hindus.
The

'Swastika'
means
'May
Good
Prevail'.
It
is

for
all
Hindu
religious
celebrations
and
festivals.
This
symbol
has
four
angles
or
points
which
represents
the
four
directions,
or
Vedas.
It
is
considered
to
be
sign
of
luck
and
fortune.
Rudraksha
Rudraksha
is
made
with
the
seeds
of
the
large
evergreen
broad
leaved
tree.
Rudraksha
is
derived
from
a
Sanskrit
word
namely
Rudra
meaning
'Shiva'
and
aksha
meaning
'eyes'.
The
Rudraksha
mala
is
generally
worn
by
spiritual
yogis
or
devotees
of
Shiva.
It
is
usually
worn
to
attain
peace,
happiness
and
good
health.
