How To Express Emotions In A Relationship?

Verbal: Express yourself with words. Always try to express feelings honestly. Use the right words at the right time so that it doesn't turn negative. To make yourself clearly understandable try simple talking. Automatically all the feelings will come out.
Express through action: If words are not clearly explaining you then try expressing feelings through action. If you don't get the strength then try thinking about the nice moments and memories spent with your partner to get the guts to approach and express.
