Performance pressure is the word of this on going age where man's work is more demanding in terms of time due to set goals and targets. For wallets to weigh more one is forced to put in a lot of time and energy into his work thereby neglecting other issues of life. This in turn mars the balance between work or family and results in stress. This mounting pressure creeps into the other spheres of his life and before he can realize his work takes a toll over his peace and personal life.
