SPROUTED KALA CHANA SALAD RECIPE VIDEO

Boiled and Sprouted Black Chana - 1 medium-sized bowl
Cucumber (cut finely) - 1 medium size
Onion (chopped finely) - 1 small
Tomato (diced finely) - 1 medium size
Salt to taste
Chaat Masala - 2 tsp
Lemon - ½ piece
Coriander (finely chopped) - 2 tbs

1. Add boiled sprouted channa, cucumber, onion and tomato in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add salt and chaat masala to the salad and mix thoroughly.
3. Squeeze the lemon on top and sprinkle coriander on the salad and toss well.
- 1. Soak the chana overnight and then tie it up in a wet muslin cloth for a day, after draining the water, to get the sprouted chana.
- 2. Pressure cook the sprouted chana with a pinch of salt for about 1-2 whistles.
