Schezwan sandwich is an Indo-Chinese fusion recipe that is prepared commonly for breakfast or as an evening snack. It is made by grilling bread with a paneer and cheese schezwan filling.
The paneer cheese grilled sandwich is crispy on the outside and has a spicy and delicious filling inside. The filling consists of paneer with spring onions and cheese with a dash of tomato ketchup and schezwan sauce.
This mouth-watering crispy schezwan sandwich is a quick meal to prepare and is an ideal lunch-box meal for kids. Children and adults happen to enjoy the flavours of this sandwich, as it gives a tinge of the Chinese aroma and flavour.

SCHEZWAN SANDWICH VIDEO RECIPE

Paneer (cut into cubes) - 1 cup
Grated mozzarella cheese - ¼th cup
Spring onions (chopped) - ½ cup
Schezwan sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Pepper - to taste
Butter - 3 tbsp
White sandwich bread - 4 slices

1. Add the paneer cubes in a bowl.
2. Add the mozzarella cheese and spring onions.
3. Add schezwan sauce onto it.
4. Add tomato ketchup and pepper.
5. Mix thoroughly.
6. Add a tablespoon of butter and mix well again.
7. Take the white sandwich bread and apply butter on the slices.
8. Spread the schezwan mixture on the buttered side.
9. Close it with another slice such that the buttered side is on top.
10. Toast the sandwich and grill it until it turns golden brown.
11. Serve hot.
