- ½ tsp rock salt (sendha namak)
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Chopped mint leaves for garnish
How To Prepare
- In a large bowl, combine all chopped fruits.
- Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the fruits.
- Sprinkle rock salt and black pepper, then mix well.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
2. Rajgira Paratha (Amaranth Flatbread)

A nutritious and gluten-free paratha made with rajgira atta and mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rajgira atta (amaranth flour)
- 1 boiled potato (mashed)
- ½ tsp rock salt
