Yummy Chicken Curry With Coconut Milk Recipe
Chicken is one of the foods which is highest in protein. If you are on a weight loss regime, then you should add this lean meat to your diet. Chicken has a lot of other benefits too, although it induces heat in the body. Chicken prepared with coconut milk is beneficial for those who love to try out something different.
This afternoon, try preparing this yummy dish. Make sure you have peas pulav with the chicken curry to enjoy the aroma of the spices added to the recipe. On the other hand, when you prepare this chicken curry, make sure you add a little extra spice. Indian spices have a way of turning any dish into something heavenly.

Chicken (diced) - ½ kg
Onion (chopped) - 1
Curry leaves - 4
Green chilli (sliced) - 2
Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Coconut milk - ½ cup
Tomato - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp

1. Heat the pan with the oil.
2. Add chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves and grated ginger.
3. Fry until it turns golden brown.
4. Add turmeric powder.
5. Add coriander powder
6. Add in the chilli powder.
7. Add the pepper powder.
8. Now, add in the fresh diced chicken.
9. After a good stir, add garam masala.
10. Add some salt to taste.
11. Let it cook for about 10 minutes.
12. Open the lid to add coconut milk.
13. Allow it to cook over a low flame for at least 6 minutes.
14. Now add in the chopped tomatoes to the dish and mix.
15. Close the lid, let it cook for another 5 minutes.
16. Take another pan, for tempering.
17. Add mustard seeds, chopped onion and curry leaves.
18. Add the mixture together.
19. Serve hot
