Any change in your urination and in your thirst must be closely monitored. If your urine is dark yellow and you feel thirsty often, you may be dehydrated. If the thirst is coupled with increased urination, you may be suffering from gestational diabetes. Be sure to mention this to your doctor, as both these conditions can potentially harm your baby.
