Motherhood is the most beautiful experience which every woman wants to cherish. However, the stage of motherhood is attained after 9 months of pregnancy. Some women face less or almost no complications during their pregnancy, while others may go through some risky diseases.

8. Iron Deficiency

9. Constipation
Constipation is very common during pregnancy. Sometimes the iron capsules that you might be taking to treat iron deficiency may lead to constipation. Sometimes an irritable bowel syndrome also causes constipation.

10. Lower Back Pain
During pregnancy your uterus expands which shifts your center of gravity and extends and makes your abdominal muscles weaker. As a result you tend to change your posture which in turn puts strain on your lower back. Moreover, since you are carrying an additional weight your muscles will tend to work more and hence there is a greater stress on your joints.
