Strengthen The Bond With Your Child

To share a good relationship between the child and the parent one needs to have an open communication which will help to ensure parents and their children stay connected till all ages of the child's upbringing.
To help you strengthen this bond , here are a few tips.
1.Teach your children the faith that you follow. It is important for them to know what you believe in and what is right for them.
2.The three strong words of “ I love You" is very essential. It is ideally important to tell your child that you love them no matter how old they might be. In times, when you both argue , expressing your love to one another will help you'll to bond closer.
3.When you have a younger child , the most easiest way to bond with him or her is to tell them a bed time story. This really enhances your relationship. Teenagers too like the idea of their parents telling them a story or just talking to them and sharing their views.
4.Letting your child help you in those basic routines will also help you'll bond. This will increase the time that you'll spend together too. Let your child help you with the chores or even ask for their opinion once in a while, it will make them feel that you value their decisions too.
5.Enjoying a game together will also help your relationship to grow deeper and stronger. Once in a while the parent needs to be a child to their children and play with them. With younger kids you can either sing with them , play ball etc. Older kids fancy a game of cards or chess.
6.Eating together can really help you both bond. Make sure to switch the television off especially when you are dining. Have little conversations over dinner.
7.Respecting each others choices is the most important. When you are a parent to a teenager, this is a very delicate issue. Teenagers like their parents to listen to their ideas too. Kids have the want of becoming independent at a very early age and the parents need to support this provided you know for sure that what your child is doing is right.
It is important that you make your children the top priority in your life. You should know that being a parent is not always tough. You as parents should enjoy the company of your child for they grow up so fast and everyday is special.
So make the best use of it while you can.
