Funny Grammatical Mistakes
There is a very famous saying that, "Incomplete knowledge is always dangerous". This can be proven true in ways in which some people use their languages. Some of the mistakes become ambiguous and create a different meaning altogether. In fact there are also online communities on various sites which can also show you how funny can some grammatical mistakes be.
There is a very funny scene in relation to this in one of the movies. A boy and a girl, both don't know English. However, to impress the girl, the boy pretends to know English. She asks him, "I have passed my 12th, so, inorder to say this, what shall I say?", the boy replies, "Say that I have completed my intercourse (inter meaning middle, combined with the course)!". Also she without knowing that what exactly is the meaning of intercourse, blurts out the same infront of others, creating a mockery of herself.

In one of the streets of Mumbai, there is a men's saloon, with a name of "Head cutting saloon". Some people might wonder what really is cut there; hair or head. There was an application for a leave by a person, wishing to attend his daughter's marriage, saying, "Dear Sir, as I am marrying my daughter, please give me a month's leave". Now it is left to the readers, in which way they wish to interpret this. One ladies garment shop in one of the middle East says, "Readymade ladies shop". Another leave applicant says, "Dear Sir, my mother-in-law is not well, and as I am the one responsible for it, please grant me one day leave". One English training class advertisement reads, "Enlish langvej and parsnality outgoing". Now if someone has this kind of written communication, we should wonder how perfect can one person become if he/she joins that academy.
Such kinds of grammatical errors are not only found in English, but a lot of other languages and dialects too. However, as funny they may sound to us, the more grave and serious is for the person committing these mistakes. This can really prove a disappointment for a person when they are on a lookout for job, and no matter how much a person is good by his work, his communication can become a major drawback in selection. This arises mainly due to incomplete knowledge.
We are living in an era of cut-throat competition, where the best competes with the best, and this era, if we are let down by our communication, we may not be able to see ourselves at a better level somewhere down the line. Therefore, such people should take it very seriously, and always strive towards improving their communication.
