During your childhood you must have believed in a number of things that actually does not exist. The magic carpet, the lantern with the genie, the invisible potion and so many other fascinating things.
The belief in magic and mysteries is something that makes our childhood worth remembering as we grow up. Whether it is the Disney stories or Harry Potter, the mention of the mysterious objects make us thrilled. Admit it, we all wished to have Harry's invisibility cloak at some point in life.

Mysterious objects have always fascinated us. The hidden treasures, supernatural objects has always been of great interest to mankind. These objects are supposed to imbue the user with certain unique abilities and powers. Many a war have been fought in the quest of these objects. But without any yield.
Whether these objects exist or not, they have always been a subject of fascination. Let us take a look at these amazing mysterious objects:
Cintamani Stone
We are sure you must have heard of the Philosopher's Stone from the famous Harry Potter books. Cintamani stone is similar to the Philosopher's stone. It is said to have been lost somewhere in South East Asia. This stone was suppose to have miraculous properties too. It is said that this stone grants every wish made by a human being when touched.
The Ring of Gyges
You must be familiar with the 'ring' from the Lord Of The Rings series. The ring has the power to make the wearer invisible. But it eventually corrupts the soul. The Ring of Gyges was a ring from a story of Plato. According to the story, the ring was found by a shepherd named Gyges. Gyges found the ring in a cave, on the finger of a corpse which was not human. On wearing the ring he found that he could become invisible by adjusting it. So, he went to the kingdom, wooed the wife of the king, killed the king and then took over his kingdom.
Book Of Thot
It is believed to be an ancient magic book used by the Egyptian God of wisdom. The Book Of Thot was said to contain two spells. One spell was to understand the animals and the other was to understand the minds of Gods. According to a story, a prince of Egypt found the book after much hassles. But soon his family was killed and he committed suicide as a punishment for finding the book.
Helmet Of Invisibility
According to a Greek legend, the helmet of invisibility was owned by Perseus. He wore this helmet in his quest to slay Medusa who could win over enemies by her petrifying gaze. The helmet of invisibility protected Perseus from her gaze and he was thus able to win over her.
